I analyzed specimens from hospital employees and I had 10% deficient, and 15% indeterminate. I sent the specimens to another laboratory for Vit B12 using ACS 180 and the resultst were very different (all of them were normal) Axsym ACS 116.1 280.3 (pmol/L) 66.8 188.5 The reference values from both laboratories are similar Normal > 148 Indeterminate 116 - 155 Deficient < 116 Any suggestions??
