I am setting up Troponin I on the Chiron (Bayer!) ACS:Centaur analyser. The diagnostic cut off for AMI is quoted as 1.5 ng/mL (based on 130 patients with confirmed AMI). Their correlation data between the ACS:180 and the Centaur is quoted as an impressive: ACS:Centaur= 1*ACS:180+0.00 I would be interested in the experiences of ACS:180 and Centaur users with this assay and cut-off values used.
