Just before I go home for the weekend, can anyone help by pointing me towards information on the time it would take for the body to re-equilibrate to a change in oral calcium intake. We know about the half-lives of PTH, 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D and calbindins but have not yet been able to track down any definative studies on the time scale to re-equilibration.
