I have been following this as well as previous discussions relating to Guy's poison's unit. Having left UK seven years ago, I do not know what the staffing structure of the Unit is, but to my knowledge no one from the Unit has replied to or commented on the issues raised in this forum. Do they have Clinical Biochemists or ACB / RCPA members involved in running this Unit? Shouldn't ACB or RCPA approach the Unit formally to discuss policy with them? %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
