Dear Colleagues My name is Otmar Pilgerstorfer and I am currently writing my MSc-thesis dealing with the application of BPR (Business Process Reengineering, Business Process Improvement, Business Process Innovation) when implementing GIS. I need responses to a survey which is accessible at http://moon.idv.uni-linz.ac.at/~oti/survey.html . Please help me by filling out the questionnaire. Below you will find some details of the Survey: Subject: ====== Investigation of the current and future role of BPR (Business Process Reengineering, Business Process Improvement, Business Process Innovation) during GIS-Implementation. Duration: ======= Please respond until March 5th 1999. Time to Complete: ============== It takes about 15 minutes to complete. Can I benefit from filling out the questionnaire? ================================= Yes, of course. You will receive a copy of the full survey. This will allow you to learn how other organisations deal with BPR to gain a fully integrated GIS and you will be able to learn some of the project pitfalls and some tips for ensuring success. In addition, I plan to establish a GIS-BPR mailing list. Within the questionnaire you will be asked if you would like to be added to the mailing list. This will enable you to contact other respondents of this survey. Participants: ========= Anyone who is currently or has recently participated in GIS-Projects is invited with pleasure.
