I have just got back from holiday in Scotland this week and yesterday heard that BT are changing their pricing structure to introduce a flat rate connection fee to the internet. As we are in Hull, it does not affect us, but I'd be interested to know if anybody else had heard of this? I know that they are planning ASDL lines, but until somebody from the BBC's DPU mentioned it to me yesterday, I had not heard of it. Knowing BT, I'm doubtful, but it would help many disabled students if it were true.
