Dear friends, I'm planning how to store the bibliographical information of my university department in web-retrievable form for the students. I have had an old bibliographical data base program with search possibilities by the field and by the keyword to be filled in by the librarian. The problem is that program was of the 1980s DOS-technology. Are you aware of any similarly functioning bibliographical data base and retrieval programs which are Windows-based.
