Kudos to Ray for posting this before I got a chance!  As of December 15, the
National Guideline Clearinghouse is live at www.guideline.gov
<http://www.guideline.gov> .  We are scheduled for a public release in
mid-January and we have started our "shake down" to fine tune and locate
bugs, etc.  We will be adding new content regularly.  Pass the URL around to
your colleagues.
