Slangenberg Abbey sells AASS.  I urge you all to take a look at their
wonderful catalog at this URL:

They list the entire AASS on microfiche for 5887 guilders.  You can also buy
individual volumes.

I've bought a few items from them and am very pleased with the quality of
reproduction and the speed with which they filled my orders.  Anybody want
your own glossa ordinaria?  It can be yours, in the edn that includes Nic of
Lyra, for about $300 US.
