Conference Aims and Objectives

This conference aims to:

...........highlight and explore issues arising out of the experience of
working with the Investors in People Standard, from the perspective of
small and large, public and private sector organisations.


...........consider the place of the Standard, in relation to the wider
Lifelong Learning agenda.

...........consider how the continuous improvement ethos of Investors in
People may be harnessed to develop the manager+s role in managing
personal, professional development, and to embed this good practice as a
normal part of their everyday task and people management activities
rather than as a separate or distinct activity.
		
Who should attend:

All branches of the public sector
Small and medium enterprises (SMEs),
Those whose work involves SMEs
in particular Higher and Further Education.
