Could someone, please, forward to me the address of CSPP (I guess it is the Center for the Study of Public Policy) and/or Mr. Richard Rose who seems to be the "spiritus movens" of the Center. I got acquainted with the list of their publications via Internet, but I could not find their address. Also, I would appreciate the info on other institutions / persons researching changes in the welfare systems of the former communist countries. I would appreciate your help very much.
