REGIONAL POTENTIALS IN AN INTEGRATING EUROPE Regional Studies Association International Conference University of the Basque Country , Bilbao, Spain. 18-21 September 1999. The sixth international conference of the Regional Studies Association is being organised under the title of "Regional Potentials in an Integrating Europe". In the run-up of the Millenium, the aim of the Conference is to take a fresh look at the patterns, processes and policy issues in the regional studies field.
