Had an interesting patient in today. It was a *deleted* of about *deleted*
years, who had *deleted* in a hotel. Fortunately the *deleted* acted
quickly, and condition on arrival was good, with a pulse of *deleted*, a
blood pressure of *deleted* but a coma scale of *deleted*.

Shortly after admission, *deleted* *deleted* deteriorated, although we
could fix that by *deleted*. However, my main question is this. On
admission, the *deleted* was *deleted*, and the question arose of when we
should *deleted* him. Does anyone know any references that might have
helped me manage this patient?

So there you are, Jel and Andy. One stone dead list. Well done.

Best wishes,

Rowley Cottingham

Look, it's easy. Does your proposal help my patient? If it does, then I
shall embrace it with all my heart. If it does not, go away and find
another proposal.
