Had an interesting patient in today. It was a *deleted* of about *deleted* years, who had *deleted* in a hotel. Fortunately the *deleted* acted quickly, and condition on arrival was good, with a pulse of *deleted*, a blood pressure of *deleted* but a coma scale of *deleted*. Shortly after admission, *deleted* *deleted* deteriorated, although we could fix that by *deleted*. However, my main question is this. On admission, the *deleted* was *deleted*, and the question arose of when we should *deleted* him. Does anyone know any references that might have helped me manage this patient? So there you are, Jel and Andy. One stone dead list. Well done. Best wishes, Rowley Cottingham [log in to unmask] Look, it's easy. Does your proposal help my patient? If it does, then I shall embrace it with all my heart. If it does not, go away and find another proposal. %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
