HyperRESEARCH 2.0, currently in development (and scheduled to be released by Sage sometime in March 1999), allows for coding and analyzing video source material. As with Code-A-Text and other video-capable CAQDAS software, HyperRESEARCH 2.0 requires the video data be prepared in an electronic format; in our case, in the .mov format. Video analysis is currently working in the beta version of HyperRESEARCH 2.0 for Macintosh. We expect to begin beta-testing on the Windows version in late November, early December.
