Dear Stephen, Welcome to crusade studies. May I suggest that you join Society for the Study of the Crusades and the Latin East? It is an ideal format to list work in progress and post queries. The only obvious reference which comes to mind is Helmut Roscher, Papst Innocenz III und die Kreuzzüge (Göttingen, 1969), which contains a chapter on Innocent and the crusades in the Iberian peninsula.
