Hi all,

Due to the interest in the PSFS, I've listed all the references I have regarding
its validation ...

Assessing disability and change on individual patients: A report of a
patient-specific measure.
     (Stratford PW; Physiother Canada, 1995)

The Patient-Specific Functional Scale: measurement properties in patients
with knee dysfunction.
(Chatman AB; Phys Ther, 1997 Aug)

The Patient-Specific Functional Scale: validation of its use in persons
with neck dysfunction.
(Westaway MD; J Orthop Sports Phys Ther, 1998 May)

Although the PSFS has been externally validated only for patients with LBP, knee
dysfunction and neck dysfunction, face validity carries it into virtually any
cognitively-intact disability group.

Any comments from those already using the PSFS?

Mark
