I don't find 'internet' among the entries in the Vatican _Lexicon 
Recentis Latinitatis_. No surprise, as v.I (A-L) was published in 1992. 
I don't have access to _Latinitas_ to see if something more recent has 
been published there. However, the following website (of Jaskinia Draco 
of U Warsaw) has a latin computer vocabulary that you may find useful, 
including two choices for 'internet':
