Tom, Thank you very much for your help. The client in question, a three year old boy with moderate to severe developmental & cognitive delays, had been receiving our Early Intervention services for a number of years. After countless trips to hospital for cardiac and associated problems, he was only recently "diagnosed" with Kabuki syndrome by a Geneticist in Brisbane.
