The superscript cc is almost certainly a letter "a."  Check
the forms given at the beginning of the "a" section in
Capelli, and you will probably find it.  Which means that
the abbreviation you are expanding is probably "quam."
Beyond this little paleographical tidbit, alas, I cannot
help you.
