I hope there is some productive exchanging of materials and ideas - this should be what the internet is all about. Before attaching files - its important to know which versions of software people have so always check! For example - all my worksheets are Word 6 or Excel5 and most of my presentations graphics files are Powerpoint for Windows 95 rather than version 4 (although they can be saved as version 4) or Lotus Freelance Graphics96. Remember too to send large files to people at times of the day when the system is a little quicker.
