		Injury Prevention - Doing what works!


Date:- 		Tuesday 24th of November 1998.
Time :-		Registration from 9:00 am, finishes 5:00 pm.

Location:- 	Royal College of Physicians,
		Kildare Street, Dublin.
		(South-Central Dublin, off Nassau Street, South of TCD)

Cost:-		£35.00 per person (Irish pounds, not sterling)
Facilities:-	Coffee, nice buffet lunch and tea.

Speakers :-	Barry Pless, Editor of Injury Prevention, and a
		well-known force in the field, is the keynote speaker.
		He will talk on 'Injury Prevention - Doing what works!'

		Other talks will include:-

		The launch of two new policy initiatives, on 
		Injury prevention in the elderly and in children.

		Childhood Accident Prevention - 
		A community based cross-border programme

		Home accident prevention for the elderly -
		Evaluation of a pilot project.
