I contacted Dialog about the above today as we usually receive the paperwork in early August and there doesn't appear to have been anything this year. Kristen Rosenfeld (email: [log in to unmask]) is now handling the academic accounts and confirms that they have not yet sent out a mailing. We can continue on as before and they'll get something to us as soon as possible.
