Please excuse me if this has been discussed on lis-medical already - I thought it had, but had no success in searching the archives. One of the GP practices I am working with has asked about setting up hotm= ail or similar free email accounts for his practice staff. Since I know noth= ing about this, I'd be please to hear from anyone who either has a free mailb= ox themself, or facilitates their use on a library machine.
