One of my readers is considering setting up a preceptorship programme for F grade nurses and she wants to know if anyone else has done this. Any suggestions for where I could look? I had a brief session on the Web this morning, but really don't even know where to start with this one. Does anyone know of an existing programme - or could point me in a useful direction.
