I have been asked if there is a known, agreed, accepted, official, semi-official, rumoured, "standard" whereby Chinese scientific (particularly biomedical) journals are (or have been) ranked depending on their "impact" - in short, a Chinese equivalent of the Journal Citation Reports. Can anyone point me in a promising direction? Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
