INVITATION TO TENDER
COSTS & EFFECTIVENESS OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF CHILD CARE PROVISION
As part of the Department of Health's Policy Research Programme, the
Director of Research & Development invites proposals for high quality
research on costs and effectiveness of different types of child care
provision. Specific aims are to explore and explain variation in the use of
resources by authorities of the same general type; to develop a better
understanding of teh comparative costs and effectiveness of different
interventions serving comparable or overlapping populations.
