As well as the formal business there will be a joint presentation by Mike Heery and Cathryn Gallacher on the MSc course in Information and Library Management at the University of Bristol and the second talk is given by Clare Thomas, the Director of the Open Learning Unit at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. The afternoon sessions will provide time for members to contribute to focus group discussions. There is an optional tour of the Learning Resource Centre at lunch time.
