The European Closed Captioning Institute is an independent organisation established to cater for the growing demand for closed-captioned video materials in Europe. ECI operates out of Glasgow, Peterborough, France and Germany. The document which I have lists 1000 video titles available in 1997. The titles you specified do not appear on the list but ECI may be worth contacting for an updated list.
