Hi David, I'm not aware of having personally mentioned an 'us' and 'them' mentality other than in how it is still being pushed onto me as a practitioner. I aslo see no problem with Al Fisher and Simon Armitage. How about Jean Breeze and and Barry MacSweeney, or Mannafest and Maggie O'Sullivan, Bob Cobbing and Lone Twin, Aaron Williamson and Carol Ann Duffy and so on. Let's really see what the audience is made of. I'm not being especially flippant either, in case anyone thinks that's so. It doesn't surprise me that AD feels there's no point.
