Yes, thanks, Keston, for the poem, weaving in and out of pentamers in a
made new way. Nice to read the last super-long lines as if they thought
they were regular, and get tripped up, like the limerick about the old man
of Japan, as they get more agitated after that "Afric baby"... "timing a
gag in the dark" indeed... 

The feeling, too, of being written over older poetries, perhaps Gray or
Thomson, in a way I find constructive. Tell me if I'm miles out here.
