Hi Douglas, the poet, performance and installation artist Brian Catling has produced an extended series of performances under the title of 'Cyclops', involving text and a 'live' video camcorder, sometimesthe latter strapped to his head, sometimes pointed at his face bisected by a mirror, creating a startling talking arsehole. Some of it has been published, both by my own Language aLIve series and by Bookworks in 'The Blindings' a couple of years back.
