St Andrews does not charge for transcripts (although we do charge stlg10
for a degree certificate replacement). We offer transcripts as part of our
service to graduates. I would estimate that we generate 5 to 10 per
working day (mostly from the Student Record). If we did charge stlg20, we
would make a small fortune! What do you do with the money? Access funds,
hardship loans, scholarships?
