Dear Everyone if like this Uni you are thinking of how best to manage the queues of students paying own fees for the first time, and/or wanting their student loans PDQ, you may be interested in contacting a company that specialises in electronic queue management systems, Post Office style but adaptable. I have had a very helpful meeting with my contact from this company & I think it is quite likely that we will be installing one of tbeir systems to manage the flows of students through the enrolment procedure this coming September.
