Betreff:        ? Hypercalcaemia





A forty five year old lady admitted from A/E with tetany. Details very
scant except she's being treated for osteoporosis and hasn't been well
since starting the treatment. Sorry, no drug history except she's been on
Oestrogen + ? + ?.  Total Ca 2.74 with normal albumin and no alkalosis.
Ionised Ca2+ not detectable.  Any suggestions?
