We get fluids (ascitic, pleural etc) from time to time with the clinical comment ?chylous effusion or ?chyle leak. Does anyone have a protocol for systematically confirming/ excluding the presence of chyle in body fluids? %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
