We are at the initial stages of looking at a pilot electronic document delivery system. We are leaning towards a service tied to a bibliographic data base such as BL Inside Information rather than a provider such as Pro-Quest or Ei-Text but are open to comments/suggestions to users from any service. We would welcome comments on Service Used Ease of Use How accounts are set up Is it self service at the desk top? Are budgets held centrally or devolved?
