As part of our proposed library extension planning process I have been
asked to find out what provision other libraries make for personal
storage, such as the use of lockers for valuables and food and also
clothes hanging space. I would greatly appreciate it if you could
possible answer the following questions.

Use: Do all staff have the use of separate lockers for personal storage,
or do they keep valuables etc in personal trundles at their
workstations?

Situation: Are lockers situated close to workstations, or grouped
together elsewhere. Are they located within a staffroom or within a
custom-built area?

Size: Are they large or small, and do they include hanging space? Are
they simply grey metal, or do they have a more attractive appearance,
such as a laminated surface?

If you can help, please reply direct to me and I will summarise replies
for the list.

With many thanks for your cooperation.

Mary Lynne Frankham
