Felicity, I have worked with a really good, experienced equal ops trainer called Maggie Riley who some years ago did a consultancy at the University of Bath and I helped out with the input on disability. I have put a message on her answerphone if she is interested I will forward her details. My colleague Lee Taylor also knows Maggie. I would certainly recommend her but as I have not been in touch with her for some time I am not sure how available or interested she would be.
