The tract on the sacraments by Hugh of St. Victor was published in translation by the Medieval Academy several years ago. The literature on penance is copious, including work by T. Tentler, A. Frantzen & Michaud-Quantin. On Matrimony, see J. Brundage & (on the very legal side) R. Helmholz.
