What these talented people will do: ------------------------------------------------ Work with the Internet Scout Project Director, Susan Calcari, and the rest of the Internet Scout team to develop new information services related to resource discovery on the Internet, including protocol development and the exploration of metadata issues. The Internet Scout project is in the Computer Sciences Department at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and sponsored by the National Science Foundation for a total of $3 million over the next three years. The Senior Researcher position will also be responsible for supervising graduate research assistants and other staff members with research or technical support responsibilities. Senior Position requires a M.S. and a minimum of 3 years experience programming in C or C++, and experience with Perl and Java.
