Apologies to Misha; I intended to put this comment in the last message, and somehow lost it under a stack of paper. Misha Wolf notes a problem in the Internet draft on date-time, which has both day and time as being compulsory; for many purposes, time is not needed, and it would be helpful if the draft were changed to reflect this and the time made optional.
