I've got one. Or, rather, I HAD one. I lent it to Nicholas Vincent in Canterbury, and have been
trying to get it back from him. How urgently do you need it? Would you like to write to me at
my address [Dpt of History, Univ of York, Heslington, York, YO1 5DD] - and I could photocopy
the letter, and include it with another letter to Nicholas, written by me, asking him for the microfilm
back. If it comes I'd then send it to you [either for you to make a copy or return in, say, 2 months].
