Arrighi, 'Il primo abaco in volgare italiano (1307)', Archivio Storico Italiano, anno CXLIII (1985), pp. 429-435. Arrighi is very much the specialist on mathematics of this period and my colleague has vague recollections of his publishing an edt of a text that might very well be this one within the last five years. Worthwhile looking catalogues under Arrighi, Gino asd edt. Incidentally, it seems to be Montpellier (Montis Pessulani) not Monte Fiesole. Hoped to have helped. I was intrigued by your query and I am glad to know some more. Good luck with your search.
