Rupert of Deutz also discusses the six ages in Book 2 of his commentaria in Iohannis euangelium, when explicating the miracle at Cana (6 jars=6 ages). Although he uses Augustine's tractatus in many parts of the commentaria, his "take" on the six ages is not the same as Augustine's interpretation ad eund. loc. There is a flawed modern edition in the CCLCM series, edited by Dom R. Haacke (the flaws are caused by printers' errors and copy-editing mistakes, not by the editor), and it is also available in the PL as part of Migne's complete edition of Rupert.
