If anyone has a complete and accurate french word list, I can build a french spelling dictionary for textHELP quickly. It will however ignore acutes, circumflexes etc.

In fact, you can try Spelling Speech and most recently word prediction live on the web. The word prediction only knows about "what katy did next" yet, and is still being fine tuned.

There is a tiny bit of JavaScript, but you can see it all working without it. You just have to press a few buttons.
