Instead of basing the additonal weighting on the number of students recieving the DSA, why cannot it be based on: 1. Number of students who declare their disability. 2. The students who declare or discover a disability which are enrolled on a course. Would not HESA be a semi-accurate source of information? Possibly adapt this data collection tool to take into account point 2. Maybe this would also take into account an increase or decrease in the number of disabled students at each institution?
