Metamouse is now called Toggle mouse and is in two versions 3.1 and 95.  You
can download demos from the web but I don't know of a UK supplier.  There is
also Mousewarp which gives screen wrap, pixel coordinates and different
icons but the version I have only works properly in 3.1.
