Its interestng, I think, that the NJ etc threads have produced more mail than I remember on this list! I'd like to see a mix of *information* about readings and publications, some new work, news of presses and individuals, and some debate - at a lower theoretical/academic level than some of the stuff previously proffered. I feel the academic side of the list is symptomatic of what *turns people off* new writing in the first place.
