Thank you for your contributions, I think it is an important debate. My interpretation is this : Book publishers are producing books in a format which is inaccessible to people with a visual impairment, therefore are they not indeed providing a worse standard of service than they are for everyone else?. I think it is important to think creatively about this new act and challenge the suppostions it allows to be made. RNIB are you interested in this issue ?
