Regarding Lewisham, I have had several run-ins with them including putting a third year student through re-assessment for Dyslexia having been turned down for the previous two years. The Re-assessment was quite specific about academic and equipment needs, however they were turned down because the LEA Psychologist stated that this student 'did not meet their criteria' for receiving support. I have recently achieved a partial victory in obtaining specialist support for another student, the proviso is that they will not accept an invoice for payment until they have received a full written report from the tutor on the progress of the student, if they query this report then I am in dead lumber! %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
